01 Precision

A priority does not belong everywhere.

Priorities lose their edge when they reach everyone in the same way.

Set the priority once, then aim it at the markets, retailers and roles that can actually move it. Everyone else carries on with theirs.

Network view
How one priority reaches a precise part of a retail network A network shown as five horizontal lanes. In the multi-market view the lanes are markets and a headquarters sets the priority; in the UK view the lanes are regions and a programme team sets it. Three of the five lanes are selected and two stay visible and inactive. Inside the selected lanes only some regions, retailer groups, retailers, roles and people are chosen, so the audience is a small part of a much larger network. Participation and performance then travel back along the same lanes to the programme team, which identifies where the next action goes. All figures are demonstration data.

Illustrative. Demonstration data.

One priority. The part of the network that can move it.

You can then compare the response across the network, see what happened where you chose to act, and act again while it still matters.

02 Priorities

Every priority has a different audience.

Priorities move on through the year. A programme that only knows how to talk to everybody cannot follow them.

Model launch

Turn a new model launch into focused network action.

The markets launching it, the retailers selling it and the teams whose behaviour can influence its success.

Sales performance

Move the mix, not only the volume.

Selected markets and retailers, and the roles that actually influence the number.

Aftersales

Workshop, service and parts.

The service network, and the managers and teams inside it who set the pace locally.

Customer experience

The behaviour behind the score.

The populations the programme data can identify, at the retailers where the experience needs attention.

The network stays the same. The audience changes with the priority.

Same programme, same people, different audience. The programme is already there when the next priority arrives.

03 The programme

One programme that moves with your priorities.

A programme that stays in place keeps the audience, the habit and the history. When the next priority arrives, it starts with all three.

More than 60 campaigns in 2025. The priorities and the campaigns change through the year. The programme runs straight through them.

Your name, your identity

The programme carries your brand and your language. People in the network recognise it as yours.

Campaigns through the year

New programme activity and communications as the priorities change, created with your team.

Programme team and local

You set the priorities. Managers in the network enrol and maintain their own teams, so the programme grows with the network.

04 Visibility

See where it’s landing. Steer while it matters.

The activity was aimed using the structure of your network, so you can compare the response the same way: by market, region, retailer, team, role and, where your programme reaches it, the individual.

Aimed at three markets. Two are ahead of target and one needs attention.

Illustrative. Demonstration data.

Aimed and measured the same way. Market, region, retailer, team, role and individual are the dimensions you target with, so they are the dimensions you can look at.

Depth follows your programme. How far reporting goes depends on how your programme is structured and the data that reaches it.

Visible while it is running. Programme and campaign performance is visible in real time, not after the activity has finished.

Eligibility from your own data. Where your programme data shows who achieved the result, Sherbet can use it to decide who qualifies.

Managers in the network enrol and maintain their own teams as new sites come on, so the programme scales without the programme team having to build it site by site.

The same structure that brings people in is the structure your programme team uses to reach them once they are there.
